You're looking at a very good condition 1960s Crown Fuzz. The Crown Fuzz was a Shin-Ei FY6 Super Fuzz branded with the Crown brand / enclosure.

This is a great sounding FY6 pedal that's sure to be a hit on your board.

As seen in the pics, this pedal has a few paint chips along the edges. No box or paperwork is included.
