The Somersault is Caroline Guitar Company's chorus, vibrato, and faux-rotary pedal — built on the same framework as the Kilobyte and Meteore, with a hybrid analog/digital signal path that keeps the character controls fully analog.
The digital chip sets the delayed wet signal, while the gain stage, dry signal, LFO, control set, and output mixing stage are entirely analog. The Havoc switch defeats the speed control for instant maximum speed, delivering Leslie-style rotary effects on demand.
