You're looking at an excellent condition 1958 Fender Princeton 5F2-A Narrow Panel guitar amp. This amp is original except for the upgraded 12" Jenson Speaker and tubes. The 5Y3 and 6V6 tubes are vintage RCA tubes. The 12AX7 is not a vintage tube. The front baffle has been enlarged to accommodate the 12" speaker.
This amp is super clean, sounds excellent and is fun to play. This is one of the 'good' ones.
